One item to consider when planning a spring project in Severn is the location of the job site. Every year the Township posts half loads for all trucks until the frost is out of the ground and it is safe to run the roads with heavy loads without damaging them. These restrictions are usually removed in early May. This does not apply to every road but is important due to the extra trucking costs for material.
