This boat storage building was designed and erected by Prestige Steel Buildings. After the building was complete the customer installed his own racking system but the structure can be engineered with cross beams and brackets for the boats to sit on. The racking when designed and engineered into the steel building package is adjustable and meets the requirements of the townships. This is especially important due to the recent winter where numerous wood boat storage buildings collapsed due to heavy snow loads. Quite a few townships are now requiring engineered racking systems to be used as well as insurance companies.
